We started using Blue Horseshoe Healthcare in late 2014 for small amounts of diabetic testing supplies.  Everything ordered at that time was delivered (a few hundred boxes or so).  We decided to place a large order for about $25,000 worth of testing strips in January of 2015.  We authorized charges for certain brands of testing strips which were paid over the course of January and February 2015.  The supplies were never delivered to us and Kari and Bryson Burkholder were unable to be reached.  We tried to call and email multiple times, numbers, and e-mail addresses.  The phone voicemail box is full and they are unreachable.  This seems to be a common theme with this company.  7 months later and we would like our money refunded.  This website might be our only recourse aside from taking legal action which is our next step if we do not hear back from them.  I would recommend not doing business with this company.
