Do not buy this or any Blue Lagoon Getaway package. Unfortunately, I bought right at the beginning of the pandemic, and we know what happened with travel shortly after this took place.  On the few occasions I attempted to use my package of either the dates were not available, or they wanted to downgrade me to a different resort, or they claimed the dates were premium days and that the location was adding a daily or weekly upcharge to stay. From the beginning I felt their package was a bait and switch or did not live up to the initial offer. I was never offered a refund of the package but always told I could extend it if not used in the time allotted. In late 2022 I got a serious case of Covid and was out of commission all together. Calling to extend was not at the top of my list as time progressed. in June 2023, I called to try to use the package one more time and was told, it was expired and there was no longer a way to reactivate or extend. Sorry, money spent in error and package is gone. Chalk it up to bad experience and Blue Lagoon Getaway inability to deliver an meaningful travel experience.
