Blue Moon Cycle...  Long Story Short

Purchased a 2010 MV Agusta F4 brand new..

Blue Moon attempted to replace blown fork seal at 124 Miles, after waiting 3 weeks to replace seal, they investigated cause of issue and found to be small imperfection in fork.  Waited and additional 5 weeks for a fork tube.  During the wait time, I provided Engine Ice coolant and requested that they flush and install to keep the bikes temperature down during summer riding.  They completed the service and charged one hour of labor.  Fork came in, was installed upside down, with the R for rebound upside down and positive and negative adjustments upside down and on the wrong side.  They also managed to ding and bounce the fork up through the triple clamp, marking the crown in several places.  5 weeks later checked coolant level to find the coolant was never replaced (color difference between stock AGIP - Blue, and provided Engine Ice - Purple).  John Landstrom threatened to not work on my motorcycle.
