I contacted Blue Mountain.com last year when I found their charges on my credit card statement and said I no longer wanted to use their service as it is an expense I cannot afford.  They refused to reimburse my money and offered to give me some free time added on.  I said I did not use the service anymore and did not want it.  I was told to try it anyway & they would contact me before charging me again.  Now they send me an email stating they are going to deduct charges from my credit card again and make it impossible for me to contact them to tell them to stop now.  On their website is a contact space "Help Customer Service", when I try to use it, it wants my email address & password.  when I put that in a message appears & states that my computer won't accept cookies from them.  When I fixed that problem & tried again, I got the same message.  I rechecked my "Internet Explorer" settings 3 more times to be sure it was correct and then just to seal the deal I restarted my computer.  Still the same message pops up.

I am going to try to get my credit card company to refuse to pay them although I am not sure they will do that. My husband & I are retired & have a very limited income & simply cannot afford this constant theft from Blue Mountain Cards.
