Blue Mountain.com is a complete scam, just taking people's money and providing no recourse. Seems like they should have been criminally prosecuted by now.

You cannot just state a company is a scam. You need to tell us what happen. You need to tell us what you were trying to get from the company, what was wrong with the item, what you did to correct the problem and the response from the company.
