 I placed an order with Blue Oval Industries for a 14 piece kit for my headlights. I got the order 2 days later, but was missing 6 pieces. I called the very next day after receiving the order. At first, the lady I spoke to was nice, but she transferred me to a mna named Cameron, who supposedly packed my order. He accused me of being a liar and began to argue with me. After getting nowhere for about 5 minutes, he just hung up on me with no warning. I called back for a resolution, after which he asid he would send it. I told him I also had a problem with one of the parts I did receiev (a bent bolt), and he told me that it was impossible for a bolt to bend and hung up on me again. I called a third time to verify that they would still be sendning my order, and he called me an a**hole and told me to f*** off. I can't believe that people could be so rude to a customer who is paying them money for a product!! I would never recommend these abusive people, not even to my worst enemy!
