What can I say. This resturant was supposed to be as stated "Family Friendly" it is anything but on New Years. After spending hours on the phone I found this place. I was told that on New Years Eve families were welcome, and they would have hats, noise makers, and a toast at midnight.

Well noise they had! At about 10:30 while we were finishing our dinner, which was good, no complaints there, they band in the lower level started up...and wow what a noise maker it was! The entire building was shaking. We could not here ourselves talk, and had to leave taking our kids and dessert with us.

I called a few days later and spoke with Stacey , the "MANAGER", she was less than helpful stating that we should have known about the band, and I ahould have said something that evening.

Well I have much more to say...but....

The manager was right ... you should have said something that evening. Do you think that she is supposed to be a mind-reader? How is she supposed to know that you are unhappy if you do not open your mouth and speak?

New Year's Eve is traditionally a major party evening. Noise makers, party favors, live music, and other forms of celebration are prevalent anywhere. Normally it is not common to see small children at New Year's Eve events. Perhaps that is your problem right there - bringing your family to a New Year's Eve event that is inappropriate considering their ages.

Next time, may I suggest you research an event thoroughly before subjecting your little ones to inappropriate conditions, and also if you are ever unhappy, speak up and let the owner/manager know so that they can have an opportunity to rectify the situation per your satisfaction.
