Complaint Review: Blue Planet Design Group

I hired this company and paid them in full to design a pool for me. I paid for inspection ready plans and the city won't except them and said they are not finished. They hire people who don't know how to design, they don't communicate. You can see employees make complaints about working for this company so it seems they have a high turn over rate. And I personally didn't think Kristie is an artist. Putting things next to each other that don't make sense, colors that don't make sense. I lost one job because the design was so bad. I decided to try on one I sold but never again. After pointing out the mistakes. They blocked me and said they weren't finishing them. So bad I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. I can't even get the city to pass their drawings. So I paid for something I can't even use and it just looks bad for everyone. This company is cold and heartless and I would stay far away. You live and you learn.
