I own a grill from this company. It only took a year for the ash container  part that holds the charcoal to melt through. I called the company and spoke with a representative and they tried to charge me $24 for a replacement part. I asked if it could be waved.

The representative put me on hold and came back optimistic. She said to send pictures of the damage and gave me an email address with a Case number. Next morning received an email stating that the warranty doesn't cover rust ..lol   I called and they put me on the phone with this rude supervisor name Karen. She constantly informed me that he was " The Supervisor" and whoever told me anything else wouldn't matter since she has the final word.(rude)


I was accused of so many different variations of defrauding this company when all I wanted was for them to send me a replacement part for the 4th of July weekend. They didn't even offer to pay for the shipping. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE PRODUCTS !! THE SUPPORT IN NOT AMERICAN ..
