Blue Star Direct This company took money out of my account without my permission making my account go into the negaitve. Internet

I recieved a letter from the bank saying that my account was overdrawn and I knew I had $2.74 in the bank. I called the bank to find out why and they said that Bluestar direct had withdrawn $8.95 from my account causing it to go into the neagative and noew I have to pay the bank $45.71 that I don't have because someone wants to rip me off as bad as the economy is.
