I purchased 4 paintings from bluesurfart.com and I am expecting a good quality because of the reviews that I read about their company. But, I figure out that all those reviews are fake!

 

I got a message from the post office that I have a package to pick up and it’s my painting that I ordered from bluesurfart.com so I hurry went to the post office because I am very excited to see the paintings I ordered.

 

After I went to the post office, I opened the package in our house and I am very disappointed because the painting I ordered is not what they sent. So, I contacted the customer service to let them know about this and I sent all the proof from what I ordered and what I received.

 

Kate did not help me instead she makes me angrier to her very loud voice and saying bad words to me and saying that they sent what I ordered which is I sent all the proofs of what I ordered and what I received.
