I was in a hit & run accident 8/20/04 at 9:53pm. Blue Thunder Towing came to the scene, and I asked how much do they charge for their services. Brandon Bradley told me that I don't have to worry about it because they work with the car insurance company and that I would not have to pay for anything.

I continued asking him how much and he assured me that I would not have to pay for anything that the insurance company will take care of it. My mother, step father and niece where present.

Brandon told me to call him the next day between 1-2 pm. I spent whole afternoon by the towing garage and he did not show up.

On Monday 8/23/04 I called my auto insurance company and they told me to they would pick up my car from the garage to take it to theirs. The insurance rep. told me they would not cover the expenses to the towing campany, they would only pay for towing my car to their garage.

Blue thunder towing charged $520.00 total price to tow my car to their garage ($150.00 per insurance rep.) and $50.00 a day. My car was in the garage from Saturday, 8/20/04 about 11:00pm til Monday 8/23/04 12:30 pm.

Now I have to pay $520.00 for their survices, when they assured me that I would not have to pay for anything. I spoke to varies individuals, Eric, Yovanni, Junior, Brandon, and left a message to Eddie. They refused to call me back. I asked for a break down of the charge and they never gave it to me.

Your Insurance Company IS responsible for the accident (first tow) AND storage. Do not let them deny this! Just a hunch, but is this Progressive Insurance? They LOVE to deny anything they can because they rely on consumer ignorance.
