I was referred to EC21 as a source of multiple supplier of medical supplies. Blue Water Chemical contacted me and said the medical supplies cold be supplied and delivered within a few days. Payment of $488 was made January 10, 2013 and a shipping date was established for a few days later. The medical supplies have still not shipped and the person who arranged it, Jianguang Tian is no longer responding. Elwin Tian, another contact is also not responding.

this has happened to me aswell! jianguang tian of blue water chemicals took money 200 off me on the 15th january 2013 and i have not heard off them since they picked up my money!
i have sent hundreds of email's, but they have not responded to any of them! beware everyone of this company, they are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
