Be advised that Bluewater Learning, LLC is operating their company much like a Ponzi Scheme, using revenue to pay employees and operate while leaving vendors and suppliers in a state of non-payment. This company feels it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion if at all. Be wary that if you do business with this company their is a good chance that you are purchasing product or service that has not been paid for and enabling this behavior.

We were notified today that a negative posting was made against our organization in 2010. Bluewater Learning has not unpaid or outstanding invoices for any services dating back to the founding of the company in 2002.
The information contained in this posting is vague, the name of the company is misspelled in the title, information regarding the accusations is unclear. It is obvious from the post that poster does not have an understanding of our business operations; otherwise such a post would not have been made. Bluewater Learning does not purchase services from third party vendors. We are a consulting firm and require no services from external vendors. We reiterate that Bluewater has no outstanding invoices for services rendered by its vendors. This post is false. If anyone has issues with any outstanding invoices they should be brought to the attention of our accounting department by emailing accounting@bluewaterlearning.com. We will be happy to address concerns immediately.
Bluewater Learning was founded with strong principles of faith and integrity. Statements to the contrary impune the fundamentals of our organization is improper. Perhaps this post was made in error. Thank you for your consideration.
