BLUE WATER MOBIL RV SERVICE THEY DO NOT SHOW, THEY DO NOT CALL, THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE UNRELIABLE LAKE TAHOE California
We placed a request torepair our heating on our RV, at the Tahoe Valley Campground.
They provide us with a time, scheduled for the next day, at 12:00.
We then rescheduled our day, to make sure we were available at 12:00.
12:00 came and went, and no phone call from them.
At 1:00, we called the number provided. They then said they would have someone call us back.
Much later, we got a call back. The lady was rude and quick with not apology for not notifying us in advance.
It was just a no show, no call. She said 6PM that night, in which we said we could not make it. She then hung up.
This company does not care, does not meet their obligation, and is not trustworthy.
We found another company, by google, who was extremely polite and provided our service.
We were so affended by Blue Water Mobile RV Service, and the lady who represents them,
we are taking the time to write this, and gave them a rating of "DO NOT USE".
