 I recently visited this car wash for the first time on 2/13/14 and my vehicle was damaged inside during the washing process. The vehicle in front of me somehow got stuck during the washing process causing my vehicle to hit the vehicle in front of me. Not once, but 4 times which ultimately caused extensive damage to the front of my vehicle. Note: this is an automated carwash system in which ALL vehicles are directed to be put in neutral by the carwash personnel. Therefore once in the carwash the customer is out of control of the vehicle, on/in the carwash tracks, and at the mercy of the machinery during the wash process. The carwash personnel onsite did not seem concerned by this issue what so ever and maintained that this was not the fault of their equipment. I then was reached by the business manager days later only to hear from him that the car wash was not at fault for the damage. I understand that the customers of automated car wash's may experience some damage to their vehicle due to negligence for loose items (antenna's, mirrors, etc) but this case was due to the track system itself malfunctioning somehow causing my vehicle to ram into the other. It was a frightening experience to say the least. I feel that the carwash should take responsibility for their equipment failure as well as cover the cost for my repairs. Their response was extremely dismissive in this case and can only imagine how they handle any other issues that may arise with unsatisfied customers. I just want to make other potential customers of this carwash are aware that this business will not take responsibility for any damage if their equipment fails. The customer will be completely out of pocket the damage if caused by the carwashes faulty equipment.

I'm very sorry to hear this has happened and the customer is upset. However this incident was not caused by an equipment defect or malfunction. The vehicle in the lead applied their brakes causing the vehicle to jump the rollers pushing the vehicle through the tunnel. This type of incident is unfortunate but not our responsibility. The csutomer however would not be required to pay for the damage. Collisions between vehicles are covered by insurance companies. The customer should contact their insurance company and file a claim. We general are able to cooperation with the insurance companies to resolve these issues, if it is reported promptly.

Again we are very sorry for the incident and hope the customer is able to work with their insurance company to resolve.
