I went through sales (SCAM) training and realized all the lies. They laugh and joke about their customers not "being the sharpest knife in the drawer", they brag about the collections office "pushes very hard to collect" that that 299.00 pool (its 229 by the end of summer) is going to cost you 500.00/month. They brag they don't use "high pressure tactics" since they don't put a gun to your head. You fill out a form at the end to "survey" the sales rep and you even claim they no high pressure tactic was used! That's because you ain't too sharp in their opinion.

They know you wouldn't let a salesman in for a 3 hour presentation, so they claim 60-90 minutes. They schedule appointments at 9:00 at nite to wear you down into buying. They have buzz words and phrases to let the office know were they are in the deal.

They will call 3 times to get 3 "drops" 2500 for show pool, another 1500 to show the pool for 2 years, another 1000 final offer. All this and all you wanted was a little 299.00 pool for the kids. GOOD LUCK! They warn of the dangers of "chlorine being a carcinogen and is poisoning your children".

They claim their pool is chlorine FREE, but then tell you to dump a gallon of bleach in to "burn off" the ionized contaminates. DUH! Clorox bleach is LIQUID CHLORINE! Typical of their double standards. The Chlorine test on you water where they stir it with their finger, then the test shows the chlorine has "been absorbed into your body".

BS - your body oils and its acidity has neutralized the chlorine, NOT ABSORBED IT. The lifetime warranty is pushed, but never defined as to what the "prorated" warranty is, other than being like the warranty on your car tires. The prorated warranty is 90 days! After that you have no legal claim. They can give you a FREE pump but charge you 300 for S/H fee. Then they void the warranty if they don't install it and charge you again.

They protect themselves from claims from the sales staff by having all claims handled in Nevada with their liberal code to protect this kind of business, plus to sue, you have to travel to NV several times while they file for repeated delays.

They DO NOT TAKE your property or file a lien. They do get very nasty and intimidating and they laugh at your stupid *#@ at the end of the day with who they got to cry and who they scammed into taking the pool. To place a lien means THEY would have to travel to your state and your court to fight the claims. They are not going to spend the money.

They are pompous, arrogant, braggadocios pimps that make 100.00 bets on who can sell a customer at the highest price OVER list. They will also bill the sales rep 300.00 for missing an appointment! They pinch 25% from the reps commission to build up funds they keep when they run you off or need to bill you.

I lost my 150.00 fee I paid for training. I could send it in for a "refund" if they claim it is in good condition. I am sure these crooks would send me the 150.00 back (after I go to NV to collect it! I guess I can sell their material on E-bay along with all my class notes on the sales pitch, buzz words and ways to scam the customer into buying what they really can't afford in the first place.

"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". Best words of advice I can give to any potential customer or sales rep.

I could go for days about this scam and the sales reps they rip off as much as the consumer. What E-Bay for a listing on the complete sales aid package, maybe an attorney could use it.

All rebuttals are the same cut-n-paste response. Expect nothing more. Any lawyer that wants sales info and testimony is welcome to contact me along with other reps that have been scammed.
