We decided to get the pool from this company. They finally contacted us today. The finance terms are $300 a month for 120 months at 16-17%. The pool package cost $12,196. The total price comes to $36000 at the end of the ten years. I don't know what finance company they use, but someone needs to go back to school.
Do not buy anything from this company. They are rip off artist. Do not believe the TV ads.
Do not blame the saleperson. They don't get paid.

We must help each other. File a complaint with the FTC and your state attorney general's office.

We can not let this company continue to mislead and take people's property.

I also worked for Blue World Pools. They owe me several thousand dollars for sales and threatened to sue me when I resigned.

They must be in bed with judges and senators. I am suprised a class action suite has not been filed by consumers or former sales reps.

Good site, I hope other people visit here.

Unfortunatly you too got "RIPPED OFF" by this company. They must have charged you around $5000 extra finance fees. You can still get your money back and a free pool if you call the North Carolina Attorney General Office. These people are ripping off everyone, you should use your citizen's duty to report them. I used to sell for them, and they are ripping everyone. The players are Michael A Warren - President, his son Sean Warren Secretary, Michael Smith - Treasurer and check writter (he signed my commission checks), Kevin Fisher - sales manager/ LYER, Ken Pappaceno - "dirty work" manager/LYER, Jim Mertl- Trainer, recruiter/LYER. They are all in it, and have sold over $9 million dollars of pools This year alone. That is $9 million dollares they have taken for innocent folks. CAN SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS???
