On 6/30/08 we signed our contract, on 7/04/08 was contacted that they could not finance the mid-line pool but could the classic which comes with a deluxe solar and winter cover and etc,which we must take for $5000.00 more dollars and if we wish to decline it would cost us 10% of purchase price.Which would be about $2000. dollars. And of course we had passed our 3 day cancellation period waiting to hear from them.

We were told that the pool was virtually chemical free, our girls could drink out it as it has a ion filter system. Save all kinds of money on electricity as it only runs 1-3 hours a day. Clean ion's once a month with a gallon of clorox and change filter contents was a year. Which sounded unreal but was assured that this in fact was the best pool on the market and would last us a life time.

Now we have recieved a call from the installers that they recieved our paperwork and would be in touch with us to set up an appointment,which today is 7/18/08, but, was told by them that the pool required pool salt which we can by at Lowes or Home Depot,must put a gallon of clorox or two per week in the pool,check the chemical levels weekly and it must run 12 hours a day.

So, foolish us now decide to research them to find we have been scamed and are possibly out a lot of money, one way or the other. We are going to notify them by mail that we wish to cancel on breech of contract and false representaion immediatelly, so please, any advice would be appreciated
