After an investigation by Rip-off Report, we found that Blue World Pools is actively resolving complaints and addresses contractor issues. This EDitor has reviewed the Reports regarding Blue World Pools and has found a real and dedicated effort by Blue World Pools' management team to effectively resolve past, present, and future complaints. Many of which were just misunderstandings and have now been resolved. Rip-off Report found that the number of Reports is so very small in comparison to its total number of customers. We did find some reports that may have been posted by a competitor. Some complaints came from people who did not even purchase a pool from Blue World Pools. Blue World Pools rip off Atlanta Georgia

Attention all those folks who want a great high-commissioned position with a reputable(ha!)pool company that has been in the business a very long time(this is true, however they are now tossing around ideas for next years business name. How about black and blue pools? Cause that's what your gonna look like when they beat the tar out of your commission and after YOUR clients have their way with you.)

Ok, Ok ,Ok it'll be Ok I know the commissions are high enough ($150-$1,800)that even if they took 1 or 2 sales from you, you probably could survive, right. WRONG. Actually the commissions start at $0 (the going rate)and $150 if you are lucky (the in-house rate).

Let's see, I started with these guys in Feb of 2003 and sold 9 pools in six weeks for a commission of around 6k. After my 5th week and only receiving $700 I questioned where my $ was. Of course Kevin Fisher (probably not his real name) informed me that pretty much all my customers had cancelled except for two.

This left me with $900 coming to me. I informed him that I did not have the funds (I was totally broke) to travel anymore until I got a check then I would continue running leads. (I was still unaware I was being taken at this point).

After two weeks I call Kevin back and asked him where my $ was and his response was since I did not any leads during this time, I was on the hook for $200 per lead twice a day for two weeks. Thats right, according to Mr. Kevin Fisher I owed $4000 to the pool co. and that "I was lucky that Blue world pools was not going to sue ME." He said that he would just take all my commission and wash his hands of me.

The icing on the cake was a family in Mobile, Al who was reluctant to buy in the first place but I convinced them that should they decide to cancel they had the 3 day free look period without any penalty to cancel. Well on their third day they called and cancelled. Blue world told them that they had to cancel by mail within the three days NOT by phone so it was not accepted. This family has had a lien place on their home. Good hard working people have been victimized by just a few crafty criminals.

I know we all want to just kill these criminals at Blue World (as I did) but this will never end unless We as god fearing people PRAY (thats right) Pray for GOD to end this Co from operating like this. I hope I could help someone.

I have nothing to gain from writing this report other than the satisfaction of trying to warn the public of this company. And to answer your question, NO I have never met anyone that has stayed with this company for more than 1 season. Unless they are doing volunteer work 'cause they ain't getting paid. Do your due diligence and keep reading about this company. You will find all kinds of complaints about these guys. My advice RUN, don't walk from Blue world pools. Good luck. Ask God and he will lead you to a wonderful, reputable career. He did it for me.

Thank you for your information about this company. My husband and I are thinking of going to work for them and after reading these reports I am rethinking that. We are supposed to go to Atlanta for training next week. The recruiter we spoke to (Carey) told us that the average rep has been with the company 10 years. Did you meet anyone with that history? We don't expect a recruiter to give us any negatives. After all that is not their job. How has this company stayed in business for 25 years and why doesn't everyone know they are scammers? This reports shows 25 complaints over a 2 year period. I should think there would be many more if this company was that unscrupulous. I do not doubt what you are saying. I am just looking at both sides. Please send answer.
