lied to us about the equipment, no chemicals, said not to read contract and put it in a safe place. pressured me to forge my husbands name in front of him. said there was financing[not].

I don't have money and they want 3500.00 dollars for cancellation or they will put a lean on my property. i still owe for that. it was an 18 ft pool for 11,660.00. the contract says i give up all of my rights and cannot file a suit of get legal action. I tried to cancel by mail and they said it was a fake postmark and i must pay! evidently you can't cancel even though you are allowed by law to do so. if they get legal defense, according to their contract, [lines 101-102] and i quote:"attorney fees: purchaser agrees to pay blue world pools, inc. attorney fees necessary to defend any disputes and/or allegations arising in any manner relating to this agreement."

Call the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations (804) 367-8511

If they have a license, then they have a performance bond which you can collect on

Vicki.

You can get your money back, because I checked and Blue World Pools, The Pools Depot, Global Sun Pools, Hawaiian Pools, do not have a license to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Call the Virginia Contruction Board/ Department of professional regulations, and you will find out. They would be fined $2000 per occurance.

Help everyone. Did have been conducting business illegally in Virginia for over 10 years. Someone has to do something about this.
