Complaint Review: Blueair commercial refrigeration

Typical bait and switch company. Surprised they are still in business. They sell used units and state they are new (per their ridiculously arrogant BBB Response). They hang up on customers when they aren't in the mood on a Friday to handle issues. Get this, I actually had a girl named cacoona on the phone say "if you get upset about the broken unit issue, I will hang up on you." - so arrogant. Avoid this embarrassment of a company at all costs. they claim to have new "management" but what does that matter when you continue the unethical business practices?!?
