I purchased a XBOX 360 through Electrotoysdepot.com on 2/22. In the invoice I received from PayPal stated that Blue Bear Toys received the payment. The website stated that it would take 3-7 days for delivery. After not receiving it the first week I went to both websites to track my purchase. The website showed that it hadn't been shipped.

Since then, I have sent several emails and phone calls to Blue Bear Toys (Electrotoysdepot.com doesn't have a phone number, I noticed this after placing my order). They have not responded to my emails and every time I call I get an answering machine stating that I need to call back during business hours. I've called throughout the day on several days. Today, I found rip-off reports in this webpage, so I decided to call my credit company to cancel my order. They will investigate and hopefully they will bring my money back.

Do not do business with Blue Bear Toys or Electrotoysdepot. If you are in the same situation, please file a report.
