BlueBearToys.com Failed to Deliver Product Internet

I purchased a PS3 through Blue Bear Toys on 2/22. The website stated that it would take 3-7 days for delivery. After not receiving it the first week I went to the website to track my purchase. The website showed that it hadn't been shipped.

Since then, I have sent an email and made several phone calls to the company. They have not responded to my emails and every time I call I get an answering machinge stating that I need to call back during business hours. I've called throughout the day on several days. Today, I visited the website and it is under construction!!

I plan on calling my credit card company and see what protection I have and will file a report with the BBB. Do not do business with this company!!
