BlueBearToys.com Tried To Rip me off Brooklyn New York
This happened back in February 2008 and I did not lose any money but I also did not check here first. Everytime I make a purchase *now* from any company other I always check here first.
My Story
I ordered a Motorola Z6 orange phone... and was notified via email that it was on back order so I checked the web site again and it showed out of stock.
I continued to call BlueBear and email them asking the status..
BlueBear offered me a "warranty" for a cheap price since my phone was delayed. When I pressed them about the warranty and did not receive an answer I told them I was going to report them as Fraudulent Etailer to my Credit Card, I tried to cancel the order a couple of times.
I still have all the emails from BlueBear... I now see that they are changing their name.. I must have been way too persistent because I finally got a refund..
Lesson learned is to always check here first..
