Complaint Review: Bluebird

Bluebird American Express Could not get the card activated and then it got stolen, and could not get a responce back from Bluebird,had 500.00dolars on this card. Bluebird.com Internet

Bought my blue bird card at walmart.Brought it home and tryed to activate it.Could not get it to activate.called customer service several times which was no help at all.In the mean time my card got stollen.Called customer service to report it they said they could do nothing because i didnt have the card number.I sent them a copy of the receipt and they still havent done anything. this was back in August 21,2013.I bought this card so i could order my collage books online.needless to say I still dont have my money. I am out 500.00 dolars.
