In August of 2007 our 05 Jeep Wrangler X was vandalized by unknown parties or persons. I called Danny Kilcrease service writer and Marco Torres service manger. I told them what had happen and stated that I would be contacting my insurance company. I told them that I could not afford a huge bill but I was sure that my insurance company would pay the bill minus my deductable. They had their wrecker come get our 05 Jeep Wrangler X and take it to the shop. Within 1-2 days the adjuster came down to look over our vehicle and submit a claim. The 1st item that was to be done was to steam clean the inside of our vehicle and remove all food/bio waste that was used to vandalize it. After several attemps to clean and remove all waste and odors they were advised by the adjuster to replace the front and rear seat covers. After a period of 6 wks, my wife went to get our Jeep. In the back area of the vehicle, under the rear seat that they removed and reinstalled the was still food waste. They did not clean nor attemped to clean the vehicle. They stated they were not authorized to clean the inside. The 1st item on the claim from my insurance company was $125 for steam cleaning. They were very unprofessional and have since asked us not to return.
