I ordered a shirt though BlueCat with the print on the back of the shirt. It arrived with the print on the front. I contacted them 4 times and they would not answer my email. Contacted PayPay, They told PayPay if I mailed the shirt, at my exspense, to an address in Viet Nam, even though the shirt was mailed from El Paso TX, they would refund my money. I checked, would have cost me 16 dollars to mail to them.
