Bluefly.com Where is my refund? Still don't have it after 3 weeks! Internet

Bluefly plays games with refunds.  Their policy states that the refund takes 10 business days from the time they receive the merchandise back.  I still don't have my money and it has been three weeks.

Every time I call them, they start this process over!  They gave me some "transaction number" which means absolutely nothing to my bank.  They told me they no longer have the funds.  Well either does my bank and it's been another week!

I am filling a report with my bank tomorrow. This is not the first time I have had to chase down my money with them.  Hopefully I will get my money back.  I certainly will never do business with them again!
