Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I had exactly the experience Sarah K posted previously on March 8th 2017. I could not have written it better myself! Please read what Sarah experienced and what I just now had happen to me at Bluegrass Animal Hospital from Cristi Moser : "The owner screamed and shouted at me over the phone (never having met me before), and cut me off in every sentence I tried to articulate. Horrible management, and Dr Moser and Dr Disney are horrible doctors, and very much so money grabbers. They are not kind, and the owner Dr Moser, needs to attend anger management classes! Awful customer service skills. Awful! She should not own a business let alone a veterinary practice!!! Thieves! I question if the practice actually is legitimately legal. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!" The previous is a direct quote from Sarah's posting and describes what happened to me except it happened to me in the hospital in front of everyone! . I had the EXACT experience. They scream at you. All they care about is money. Don't let this happen to you and don't let Bluegrass Animal hospital Kill your dog or cat. I suggest people tell their experiences to Tennessee Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners 800-852-2187.
