Bluegreen Resorts, Wilderness Club @ Big Cedar This company makes a timeshare look worthy. I have had my time share now for over a year and have yet to been able to use itbecause it is never available. And they keep adding these maintenance fees, club fees, etc.. Boca Raton Florida
I have been disappointed in this company since day one. I have yet to be able to use this timeshare. It is never available. They keep adding on maintenance fees and club dues, etc..This is rididculous. During my divorce, my husband and I neither one could afford to use it and we checked into selling it, they don't handle that, even tho at the signing they told us if we ever wanted to sell to make sure and give them the opportunity to buy it first. I can't get ahold of a human being to speak to on any finance matters. The only time I got a human was when I got behind on my payment.

may I suggest you join the Yahoo Bluegreen Group , here you will get a lot of information on how to use and get the best out of your points .
All timeshares have M/F and the club dues are the same as when you joined, I take it that you do understand that ther are a lot of Bluegreen resorts where you can use your points and not just at the resort you are deeded at, also please remember that you also have membership to RCI and can trade worldwide.
Please join the group and see if we can help I am almost certain that you will the have a better understanding of what you have and how to use it.
