Offered a wonderful vacation by great vacations destinations from a draw we entered. This was to be a great promotinal package. We were to stay at the greatest resort,Take a two day cruise on a ship and be treated like royaly.

Part of the packade was to attend a bluegreen timeshare presentation.Well when you didn't buy the timeshare you were treated like dogs. Our hotels wre nothing special. Our cabin on the ship was in the very bottom with to single beds and an old dresser. My dog has a better bed than that.So to get another room we had to pay extra.

In order to get the next part of the package we had to meet with the bluegreen vulgars again. They wanted another 40 dollars we were to meet for breakfast and recieve our other so called package for 3 more trips.

This holiday was nothing but a rip off. It cost us more money then we ever imaged.I would't buy bluegreen timeshare or recommend it to anyone.People need to be
aware,if offered a deal on a vacation,do your research.
I'm one pi**ed off canadian.

We were visiting Myrtle Beach and got the "90 minute" presentation. I went for the tour and sat down with the Sales person to discuss further. One question I had was "Why must I buy Today?" vs going home doing some research and then contacting the Sales Person to buy if my research found no issues.

I was told that I couldn't do that because the Real Estate Commision passed a law that it had to be a "Same day" Sale.
Also The commission would then have to go to corporate if I waited. I also got the "Try for 9 months" package offer after the Sales person called in some help when he couldn't answer all my questions. shades of used car sales techniques.

When I came home I found that the BBB had 4 outstanding Reports and Rip-Off had 54. I would strongly suggest that if someone try's to sell you something and won't let you do any research on what your getting into. WALK AWAY!
I feel so fortunate that I headed my fathers words. "If you have to buy it RIGHT now there is something wrong". We didn't buy but certainly enjoyed the Carolina Opry show that Bluegreen provided tickets to for listening to their "90 minute" presentation.
