DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BluePay.  I have worked with about 8 Merchant processors over the years.  I've never had anyone treat us as badly as this group.  Getting our money from them was like pulling teeth.

While we were working with them, they routinely "forgot" to initiate our deposits.  Usually this occurred on a weekend, so that we had to go 3 and 4 days without deposits.

Then, they unilaterally imposed a "Reserve" on us without notifying us.  They began holding our money in their account without telling us.

Ultimately, when we parted ways, they held more than $60,000 of our money for six months.  In light of the risks of our account, this was egregious and unreasonable.

Terrible company; terrible customer service; arrogant managers; an unconscionable merchant agreement.  Stay clear of these guys.  You can obviously see they have a long track record of Ripoff Reports.  Sad.  Very sad.
