Complaint Review: BluePoem Studios

You take the time to make everything as near perfect as possible and find a photographer to whom you entrust with capturing this once in a lifetime event, it is after all your wedding. For this we chose Blue Poem Studios. My wife and I spoke to their photographer multiple times prior to our special night and were assured we would have our 3 part wedding video shot, edited, and available within two months after our wedding. Richard, the photographer from Blue Poem was readily available for payment collection and even shot some preliminary footage before our big day. The day of our ceremony came and he was there capturing our moment and getting plenty of input from friends and family for our testimonial video, so WHAT WENT WRONG?

Its now been over a year and we have NEVER received the promised videos. You can imagine my wife's heartache when we celebrated our one year anniversary and couldn't share our video as planned. To make matters worse NOBODY from Blue Poem will even RETURN OUR CALLS. These memories cannot be replaced and after paying for our videos WE WANT OUR VIDEOS AS PROMISED. I will not recommend this company to anyone and give them a TWO THUMBS DOWN for their LACK OF COMMUNICATION and FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS as guaranteed.
