Complaint Review: Blueprint Systems LLC

Company called to say they were in the business of training and supporting people who would like to sell online through Google and Amazon. They wanted 1500 dollars for the training and  coaching which I paid on credit card just in case.

Never heard from them for 2 weeks during which time quite unknown to me they got 2000 credit in my name from an outfit called UAS llc and took that money for themselves. I found out a month later after i had cancelled my account with them for lack of fulfillment of promise, when i disputed a $99 charge on my credit card to UAS(never knew who they were ) until the bank traced the payment to them.

When I finally heard from someone in the company 2 weeks later who said he was the manager and wanted to know how I came by his email- he said the agent I dealt with had hurt his leg after he spoke to me and was away from work since then, He told me i could'nt get my money back even though i had cancelled because it was too late- no mention of the 3k loan they had taken out using information from me which was incorrect down to my social security number which i never gave them.

When I asked for documentary proof after receiving a debt collection letter from Omega RMS llc, they produced a forged document with a signature that looks nothing like mine and incorect social security number and information not even remotely connected to me.

I was unable to find their location until I requested the original application through the debt collection agency.

I am about to let them know this is fraud and that they should try to collect that debt from Blueprint Systems since they received 2000 from UAS and I did not neither did i authorize them to  use my credit card for a loan and my bank is in the process of trying to get the 1500 payment back since tese people never ever provided any training or information as promised.
