As of January 2023 the plan decided to downgrade people on medicare/medical.
If you had a DeltaCare USA dentist last year, you might not qualify to see them on the newly changed plan.
The choice they now provide for people on medicare/medical is next to none, and most of the ones available have a very bad reputation. on yelp. Try to search for an oral surgeon/biopsy. Check out the dentist they have "on park ave. San Diego". They had 2 oral surgeons listed, but they are associates and at the same address.
The other surgeon they offered as an alternative is in Bonsal! again with a very bad reputation on yelp.
I asked them to allow me to go to another dentist out of their new network, since I no longer qualify to see DeltaCare USA dentists, unless they take medicare and medical, and although it's an emergency, I'm still waiting for their decision for almost a week. I think they are trying to drive people to buy their other paid plans.
In the past, they lied to me stating I could use the plan for my needs, right of way, but that was a lie. They took my $24 and took months to refund.
