Blumpo.com, and their parent company Johnston Webb Associates were paid in full for services they NEVER rendered. After scouring the Internet for legitimate companies that would provide REAL, & regionally targetted Facebook Fans we decided that Blumpo.com seemed on the level, with their 100% Risk Free Service, which stated, "No non-sense, 45 days, Money Back Guarantee on all completed Facebook Fans orders. If you are not happy with our service simply ask for your money back. We want raving happy customers, its the secret to our popularity so far."

This could not have been further from the truth. After countless Support Requests, they eventually delivered a fraction of the Fans ordered, and not a single one were from our Region (as guaranteed, and the reason why we chose the service). Additionally, the Fans delivered all had low Friend counts, had all "liked" the same series of Pages & links, and by all accounts appeared to be fakes (i.e. Not REAL people).

Other reports have stated that their lead-time makes it impossible to get an automatic refund from PayPal, which is entirely true, since the time limit on a PayPal refund expires before their "work" starts, thus leaving your only recourse for refund begging the company to honour their Money Back Guarantee. This is exactly the situation I find myself in now.

Initially we were asked repetitive questions about our account & order (information they should easily have on-hand), we supplied Facebook Insights, we copy-and-pasted Support Requests which were mysteriously deleted from their support system, until we stopped getting responses altogether. After months of getting nowhere, when we logged in to their Support we would see our Ticket as "Awaiting Your Response" even though Blumpo had not responded, they simply marked it as if they had. Our tickets were deleted or closed, and when asked why, they claimed they didn't know. After inquiring about a refund for months, and later demanding one, we were given an email address with which to request money via PayPal. This went nowhere as well, with numerous reminders being sent over the course of many weeks. Finally, with no refund in sight, we called their service dishonest in our last Ticket & they suspended our Support Account.

Now we have no choice but to turn to Ripoff Report for help, we have seen others complain about Blumpo & they [Blumpo] have been very vocal about defending themselves, but I have ALL the communication, dates, and evidence to prove everything I have detailed here is the truth, and that Blumpo.com is a dishonest & fraudulent company. We paid a high price to learn this lesson, so hopefully others will not be fooled by their deceptive claims & slick website.

In case they intend to dispute anything I have said, I'll help them out, our Order Reference # was 02011/493-2235, and here is the timeline of their highway robbery:

Our order was placed on May 16th, 2012.
Our order/work started on June 27th, 2012 (5 weeks, 6 days after order was placed).
On August 15th, 2012 we asked for a refund for not delivering a SINGLE thing we ordered.
Sometime after September 1st, 2012 our Support Account was suspended, after I called their service "dishonest".

AVOID these people by all costs, and Blumpo.com, please refund our money for your completely falsely advertised service.

We alerted Blumpo.com of our Ripoff Report via a new Support Account (after they suspended our first account to shut us up), and of course, they suspended the new one as well.

So their way of handling the situation is to pretend we don't exist & shut down all our means of communication with them.

Exceptionally dishonest company. Be Warned.
