Complaint Review: BM Marketing Group The Ice Pond TIP Liquidation James McCracken

I won a camcorder (Canon Optura 100MC) from one of this company's eBay auctions. They claimed that I could get my unit no later than three weeks after the payment cleared.

However, I sent a personal check to the assigned address on 02/09/02 (check was cashed on 02/19/02), but I have not received anything.

It's hard to communicate with this company. I sent several emails to inquire the order status and the actual shipping problem. They never went to the details of my question, but just kept updating the ship date and asked me to call on their toll-free number that no one ever answered.

I'm still waiting for the camcorder or the full refund. Doing business with this company is such a nightmare.
