Complaint Review: BMB Transport / Big Monster Bullies

I was suppose to receive my pup in 3 days but instead it took them 2 weeks to delivery my 8 week old frenchie. All I heard was excuse after excuse with the owner. Him and his wife were very rude to me. Upon finally deliverying my pup she was barely alive! She was severaly under weight and her ribs were sticking out badly. Her right eye was infected, she had a skin infection all over and pneumonia. She was lifeless for weeks and couldn't keep any food down, but thankfully my vets were able to save her. This company doesn't care about animals at all. They had my pup locked it a crate with another pup. They were laying in their own filth for lord only knows how long. They had several pit bulls in cages upon arrival. All of them looked awful and couldn't move in their small cages. It broke my heart. I found out later this company has hurt many other dogs as well. Some of the pups were "stolen" and etc. Please don't ever use them. Just look at other reviews!

Also upon arrival Rich Eavenson the so called owner of BMB Transport wanted additional monies of 180 in cash even thought we paid the shipping cost in full before she was even picked up at the breeders weeks prior.
