I started a membership with BMG Music back in January. I have kept a check on the shipping status of the CD's I ordered and each of them said Shipped. But I have never recieved them. I was getting them sent to my work till I had got a permanment address. I even asked my manager and the mail man if they had gotten them. The mail informed me that a box from them had come in but it was open and nothing was inside.

So I contacted BMG Costumer Service and they sent me a email saying that they reshipped them. So I continued keeping a check on the status and it changed to re-shipped. But I still never recieved them. I had changed jobs in Febuary.

I have called the manager at the place that I worked at and he still hasn't gotten any of them either. So I sent another email for the 3rd time and told them I was not going to fulfill my memebership due to the fact that I had not recieved the CD's. My fiancee had recieved his order. Seems like they pick and choose who to send them out to. I have talked to several other people who has not recieved theirs either so I know it's not just me. They are still sending me bills to pay for those CD's.

I just think it's nothing but a rip off. I perfer now to just buy them in the store where I know I'll recieve the CD's I wanted.

I started a membership in January as well. It began with one free CD, which I did receive. Then I had to order and pay for another, then I would receive another 10 free. When it came to getting the CD I paid for they sent me the wrong one (a CD that was worth about $4.99- I paid $23.69). I called, and they did end up sending me the correct CD.

Now I am still waiting for about half of the selections I've made. BMG music is also telling me that several choices are on "back order". I can't say that I've had a horrible time with BMG, but I only started and there has been several mistakes they have made.

I already, want to end my membership as well, but I do not think it is possible. So I'll suck it up, piss and moan, and take it up the tail-pipe. I would just say, it would be a lot easier to just go to a store and buy music there. To late for me, but now maybe someone else won't waste their time.
