This is the letter and complaint I sent to them. I know they will send me to collections next... Stay away from BMG. I was smart enough to not include a credit card, or else they would just charge me for things I did not order.

Dear Clifford Marshall,

I am writing you for the last time in regards to my account statement. The reason I cancelled my membership was because your company failed to fulfill the agreement. Twelve c.d.'s for the price of one. I picked seven from your minimum selection. I then paid $22.38 for another. That makes eight. Then I picked four more and BMG never sent them. Instead, your company sends c.d. that I do not want, in hopes that I'll breakdown and buy them at the ridiculous price. However, as the agreement states, I have the option to return the packages unopened. That is what I did. To all of them.

Your company isn't hard to figure out. You make it as difficult as possible to contact customer service unless someone owes you money. Then you'll contact them. But only then. No toll free numbers, and no links to email on your website. Nice business. I did not receive the four c.d.'s as promised in your agreement. You charged my account for two that I did not order and returned unopened. I am sure BMG does this to everyone. If the packages were lost in the return, that will not be my problem.

BMG Music Service is a shady business. You will not receive a dime from me so do whatever it is that you must do. I am not in the wrong. I will make copies of this letter and send it to collections, Better Business Bureau, website reviews, etc. Your company has made this an awful experience and I will let people know.
