Complaint Review: BMG Music Service

BMG sent me an invoice for CD'S I didnt order nor receive.
BMG has sent this invoice to me in someone elses name.

I have been trying to contact them via phone for several months however, the number given does not answer.

Lori G Walters has been sent to a colletion agency and not sure if that is for me or someone else but the info keeps coming to my address.

Please help. Thank you.
