BMG music service has never had the pleasure of having my business nor have I ever ordered anything from these people. Yet they are billing me for music without even a phone call. How is this done? Is this even legal? What can I do about it? Does anyone know how to cancel an order I've never placed?

if/when you get the music you've been billed for, do not open the package. simply write REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER on it. and they will credit you back (they've done this for me a number of times when i had forgot to respond to my selection of the month. they're usually pretty good about it.

if you wanna cover all your bases on this, when you send it back, get some kind of delivery confirmation added to it. so if you call in a few weeks and they say they never got it, you have proof if they did or not)
