I am on disability retirement & fixed income. I didn't want to sell my BlueGreen timeshare, but money was getting tight & thought that it was the best thing to do. A different company had contracted with me to rent some of my timeshare points & after a year just ripped me off. I was leary. Wayne was very thoughtful. He talked things over with me, was reassuring & took time to explain everything. It sounded good & after talking to some friends I decided to go with it.

Over 2 weeks passed & the contract did not come. I tried to call Wayne. His voice mail would pickup, I would leave a message & hang up. Wayne never called back. I finally got ugly, which is not my nature, & threatened to call my credit card company & stop payment on his fee. Then he called me back.

His sob story was that he had been in the hospital & had failed to have someone check his calls. He also explained that business was so good that it often took 2 weeks for the contracts to come in the mail. I was passified & explained that I only needed to be respected by having my calls returned.

The contract came. I signed & returned it. I also paid the credit card charge. Now, 4 weeks later & 3 attempted phone calls later Wayne is NOT returning my calls. I have emailed customer service & reported him, but he has what he wants -- MY MONEY!!! Meanwhile, I am in the process of selling my home in order to relocate closer to my family. I really need the proceeds from the sell of my timeshare to resolve some debts & put towards the purchase of a new home. If the timeshare does not sell before 11/08 I will have to pay maintenance & membership fees & right now I do NOT have the money. I GAVE it to Wayne.

Wayne reassured me that the timeshare would sell in 6 WEEKS. I now know that I was a fool to believe that, but I would be happy if it sold in 6-9 months. I just want Wayne to stay in touch with me. I am lost in the Timeshare Black Hole.
