BMO Scooters ripoff! THE PACKAGE WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION AND SCOOTER WAS BROKEN BEFORE WE COULD EVEN GET IT OUT OF PACKAGE. Louisville, Kentucky

ORDERED FIRST SCOOTER ON DECEMBER 9TH WAS PROMISE IT WOULD BE HERE BEFORE DECEMBER 18TH. THAN THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE IT BY CHRISTMAS AND IT SHOWED UP ON JANUARY 9, 2005.

THE PACKAGE WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION AND SCOOTER WAS BROKEN BEFORE WE COULD EVEN GET IT OUT OF PACKAGE. SENT IT BACK THROUGH FED EX AND ORDERED ANOTHER SCOOTER IN THE PROCESS. PUT IN A CLAIM THROUGH FED EX BUT WAS DENIED BECAUSE BMO HAD NOT PREPARED BOX PROPERLY AND THAT BMO WOULD HAVE TO PAY US FOR THE FIRST SCOOTER .

THE SECOND SCOOTER ARRIVE AND WE PUT TOGETHER AND WORK FOR TWO DAYS,SINCE BMO HAS PROMISE TO SEND US A REPLACEMENT PART AND NEW TRUNK. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND NEVER RECEIVED AND COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM AND NEVER GET A RESPONSE. THEY OWE US OVER $400.00 NOW INCLUDING BROKEN SCOOTER
