about 4years ago this company person came to my store and he said to me i come from Moneris Groupe finance.
and we can give you good interesr rate for dept card processing and low rate like 5 cents for each transaction and only one year contract.
i said ok i sign only first page after i receive many other paper signed like my sign !!! and initial.
the contract is for 4 years not 1 years and i have to pay monthly rent to another company in usa about 55$ US
i still paying even now. i have all evidence.
me alreadyclose and pay fine to BMS Groupe Finance.
but i still paying to the leasing company Fist data leasing compny in US.
can sombody help to me ?
