I fell victim to founder of BMS Groupe Finance Michel Brunet who is a mobile scam artist. He previously owned Brimich Solutions.  Keeps changing company names. Has POS lease company in VC with his wife Brigitte Gauthier.  He lies to make people sign a piece of paper (contract) and initial the rest of it, comforting you that his employees will take care of the rest and contact you asap. He gives you a copy of a one-page document you signed which does not have the years and amount you signed for. He will not send you the contract till you ask and then too late to cancel in a week after signing.  He will make you promises that you can cancel it without a fine and your contract is only for one year or whatever you were requiring.

You start getting charged by two companies. One, you pay for services for 5 years and the other one leasing POS for 4 years.  If you dont renew after 4 years BMS Groupe can keep you charging extra amounts and make you sing in for longer periods because you must have a rental debit machine to pay for leasing.  Service company BMS Group Finance is located in Gatineau and the POS leasing company NLS Leasing ULC, or NL BUS or BUS or RLS  located in Vancouver. Now you have two different companies to pay fines for and two different province laws to deal with. He will ignore your calls.

NLS Leasing has problems with BBB Toronto.
Brimich Solutions has status F with BBB Gatineau.
What can u do?  File a complaint at your BBB service.  Report his name on the net to warn potential victims. Take BMS Group to small claims court. Contact other victims. write your report to other sites such as complaintboard.com.  I wish Ive done my research and read this report before I signed with them: If you see his name anywhere run away and dont make the mistake of doing business with him.
Thank you "ripoffreport" and BMS Group victims who share their experiences.
