I  signed the paper work for 2 debit machines with Michel Brunet and he gave me the 3rd one extra to try for one month. and told me return in one month and nothing will be charged. Also I told him that I dont want to do any contract beacuase I am not going to keep the business for more than 2 years. and He put "No Cotract, No Penatlies"  on the BMS paperwork to assure me 

After retruning the 3rd machine in the first month, I was kept charged every month, after so many emails, with Michel, Ashley , Karine, Melissa I was being credited for the 3rd machine, which I returned after 2 weeks.

Now  when I sold my business in June, I called Michel to close the account, he never called me back. I left so many messages, emails, but no answer. 

Then I called BMS company to close my account and give my credit back, they closed my account, but said because now I have closed my business so no more CREDIT. They owe me almost $300 dollars. 

 

But issue is not done yet, NLS company again debited my Account for 3 machines (Around $100) for 3 machines. I called them and told that I have sold my business and sent the machines back. But they told me that you have signed the contract for 48 months. I told them about the paperwork I signed with Michel where it is clearly written "No CONTRACT, NO PENALTIES", but NLS company said, we dont care about BMS paper work. 

 

I called BMS company  and they said you have to resolve  the issue with NLS company, we DO NOT CARE. I tried to call Michel again, and he did not pick the phone. Then in first week of Aug I called Michel from different area code phone and then he answered my phone call and disconnected the Phone by saying that he is no Longer with BMS since LAST  week of JULY, so can not do any thing. 

 

So I am stuck with NLS and BMS. I called BMS again and they said this company is bought by new owner, so resolve the issue with MICHEL, who is not picking the phone. Now I have closed my Bank Account, so that they can not debit my account.

 

SO PLEASE be aware if you are going to do the business with NLS, BMS, Michel Brunet, Karine, Ashley from BMS.
