This place sold me a car with what to anyone with mechanical knowledge would categorize as fraud. They sold me a car that had issues, they did not adress those issues when they got the car as a trade in. The general manager Eric told me I could not expect them to look over every car they take in.

I did an oil change on the car a few weeks after I bought it and the oild was extremely black. This raised a red flag for me to look over the entire car with inspection mirror and flashlight in hand, I found leaks and subsequently started getting engine lights while driving the car under normal conditions. $1700 later I have a car in the shop.

I am a U.S. Navy Veteran, I received a tiny discount for that a this place, but what this tells you is they knew they were dealing with a Vet and did not feel one bit bad about the defective unit they were "pushing". I want everyone to stay away from this place, hurt their sales and see if they finally return the call to unsatisfied customer that Eric either dismisses or yells at. This guy need to go if the owners want return customers. I dove from Los Angeles to Vegas for this car and the reviews raving about this place.

I have been contacted by the dealer, Eric apologized for not being physically available to return my calls. They are undergoing renovations and their old phones were not transfered to the new offices.

We are in talks about my misfortunes. I would be lying if I say that I did not receive GREAT customer service by Mike Russo.

Have a good day.

I think you missed a point...

The only time I pulled the VETERAN CARD was to receive a DISCOUNT on the actual purchase price. I got a handshake from the manager and sales person for thanking me for serving. If they had a drop of patriotism they would probably feel bad for selling me a car with issues that as of yesterday were known to be there, but they erased the codes after drive tests.

One of their service guys himself told me he was going to buy that car but he didn't get approved, when he test drove it there was an engine light which he was told to delete. This was brought to my attention after the fact.

I DID buy an extended warranty, I did inspect the car then, but I am sorry I didn't bring my own car lift or knew anyone around the area since I came from out of town to buy a rare-optioned car.

So please mr. sick and tired of the sympathy card, carry on and stay in your rank sir. You don't know my frustating situation and you are certainly not sending me money to reapair a known defective car. If you want to teach me what "AS IS" means please let me know. I don't know how I made it through life without meeting you.

You can put away that sympathy card now because if they wanted to defraud somebody, then it doesn't matter who it is!

If you performed this flashlight and mirror inspection AFTER the purchase, wouldn't it have made more sense to do this BEFORE buying it???

Secondly, did the car come with a warranty?  If not, then you bought it "AS IS" which means you agreed to buy the car in the condition it was in at the time of sale and you are not entitled to free warranty service.

Finally, many of us veterans are damned sick and tired of cry babies who bring out the "Veteran Sympathy Card" every time something bad happens.  Quite frankly, its an insult!  They didn't single you out and I'm quite sure they don't have a sign which says, "We screw Veterans here." or "Veterans get our worse cars!"
