Complaint Review: BNM AUTO REPAIR

Here is my story. 

I had exhaust work done on my car and was offered to have my car free estimated to restore it. 

I did and a price of $2,500 was given I went over everything to be done and was advised still yes $2,500. Very ecstatic I said yes and gave car. We agreed that as part of price I would advertise though a sticker for my car of BNM.

A week later I'm told that this price is to low and would need to be raised to $3,000 and final being they looked it over more thoroughly! I agreed after dragging feet And being upset being they had already looked it over. 

Almost two months passed and again I was told price increases to $3,800 I argued and fought and final the owner said that his son has the final word and can decide. We agree on $3,200 and received a bill with all my payments and a statement saying $700 due at pickup. We agreed 

Friday the following week 9/25/2014 week I get a call saying my car is done and come and get it. I came in to find out car is not complete and they threw away my nice original hood with it's pieces that they have not taken responsibility for, my chrome molding was destroyrd and paint code was wrong, he but hired my brand new quarter and so on. When I'm there to make final payment I'm told owner wants to talk to me. He states I have more in this an now price is $1200 on top of what you owe. I argued and called him a liar he said he was but what can you do? Pay the amount or in 30 days I'm selling your car. 

Angered I start recording everything. He threatened to punch me and made gestures of it to me. I followed him telling him I'm not leaving till you are honest and we figure this out. I called him a liar. He started to leave in his car and I took videos of shop and he came back and told me to come to him. I did not and at this time his secretary started yelling at me. He comes out trying to justify everything as I explain he is trying to steal 1200 from me or take my car! We are behind his car. As he walks away his secretary starts raging with me. As this is happening the video shows him seeing me then as I'm walking towards secretary in our conversation he backs up to hit me and puts me on the ground. I was shocked and with adrenaline get up and keep recording it. Again his secretary starts yelling telling me to get out of way as I already was..... After being hit. Owner flees the scene and I continue to be yelled at by secretary. I went to talk to his son and was verified that all this was planned by his dad and he had to follow his dad bevaise he pays his bills. He referenced being dishonest on court for his dad "gladly" 

I left while telling him to tell owner to call me to work it out before 5 that evening. He did not and thus I have moved forward in this process. 

 He has since been arrested for the assault and battery charge against him. I now have documented 4 differ t reasons why he says he charged me more.  2 by way of bbb documents and 2 by recordings Of video And his consent. I have videos of his son stating his dad Did me wrong and cheated me. 

I want restitution and I want prople to know how he has wronged me. I have so much video and documentation of bill and work being done and receipts.
